The problem lies not with these misguided individuals such as Hitler, Bush, Polpot, Stalin, Obama or even creapy Steven Harper, but with those of us who willingly, or otherwise, do their bidding and carry out their deeds.
Without significant systemic change, atrocious behavior on a global scale will be repeated.
